鸿达大厦位于北京怀柔著名的旅游风景区--雁栖湖畔，距京城60公里，首都国际机场40公里。
　　该大厦，是由中建总公司鸿达物业管理公司建设和管理的旅游度假基地和会议中心。大厦高60米，是京郊第一厦。其挺拔高耸，气势宏伟，梭形绿波幕墙与白墙交相辉映，构成雁栖湖旅游区重要的景观。进口观光电梯穿越两层中庭直达屋顶花园，为宾客远眺红螺山，鸟瞰雁栖湖提供了独有的条件。

　　大厦总面积为2万平方米。设有可容纳150人的歌舞厅，6道96豪华款"宾士域"保龄球馆，600平方米的游泳馆和网球馆，还设有桑拿室、台球厅、电子娱乐厅、美容美发厅和棋牌等康乐设施。
　　大厦设有2个大宴会厅和六个风味餐厅，可容纳500位宾客同时就餐，备有川、鲁风味的中国菜系和西餐。
　　大厦设有一个大报告厅和8个中小会议室。可容纳450人的会议。大厦主楼3至10层，配楼3至5层为客房区，共设有200套客房；396个床位。客房装饰考究、典雅，标准间配有冰箱、电视（备有卫星接收系统和闭路电视）、中央空调和电话等设施。为了满足宾客的多层次的需求，大厦还设有3套豪华套房，6套高级套房和6套家庭休闲套房。

hongda tower

    hongda tower is situated at the side of the yanqi lake in huairou. it is surrounded by the scenic spots of hongluo temple, yanqi lake, qinglong gorge and yougu shentan etc.
    the tower has a total of 200 standard rooms, suite rooms, economic rooms and luxury suites. it has a banquet hall and other small canteens like hongyan hall, honghu hall and jinhu hall. the combined capacity of the canteens is 450 people.
     the wanghu hall on the 13th floor pro vides a complete view of yanqi lake.
    it is a nice place for conferences, banquets, exhibitions and artistic performance. it also has nine conference halls in different size. of which, one con ference hall has a capacity of 300 people with projectors, slide machine and electronic board. it also provides services such as fax and duplication.
    the tower also has facilities of swimming pool, sauna, bowling hall, billiards and rooms for chess and cards-playing, singing and dancing, karaoke and a parlor room.
